What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and maintain HR systems to ensure data accuracy and support reporting, analytics, and compliance.
- Analyze pay, benefits, and market data to guide fair and competitive compensation decisions.
- Support benefits and payroll processes, ensuring smooth coordination between systems and timely issue resolution.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7 years of experience in HRIS, compensation, or total rewards, with strong hands-on experience using ADP or similar platforms.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience creating data reports or dashboards.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage sensitive employee data with confidentiality.
