Job Type: Temp-To hireResume follows by interviewPosition SummaryWe are seeking reliable and experienced Warehouse Order Selectors / Reach Truck Forklift Operators to join our warehouse team in Maplewood, NJ. The ideal candidate must have previous reach truck forklift experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to safely lift and move materials in a fast-paced warehouse environment.Responsibilities

• Operate reach truck forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Select, move, and organize products throughout the warehouse.
• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately.
• Load, unload, and transport materials as needed.
• Verify products, quantities, and labels for accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous reach truck forklift experience is required.
• Warehouse/order selecting experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move warehouse materials.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must be dependable and punctual.
