Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and program development.

  • Provide leadership, supervision, coaching, and performance feedback to assigned staff.

  • Ensure staff practices align with agency policies, standards, and client needs.

  • Facilitate team meetings and support effective problem-solving, communication, and decision-making.

  • Ensure accurate, complete, and compliant client documentation and records.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and community, county, and social service partners to coordinate resources and services.

  • Support staff in client advocacy while building their skills, confidence, and independence.

  • Promote an inclusive, diverse, culturally responsive, and respectful workplace.

  • Model and uphold organizational values of empowerment, dignity, collaboration, innovation, and perseverance.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Education & Clinical Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in a behavioral science field (social work, psychology, human services, or a related field) from an accredited college or university AND 2,000 hours (1 year) of experience delivering services to individuals with mental illness; OR

    • Qualified as a Mental Health Practitioner in the State of Minnesota via one of the following:

      • At least 30 semester / 45 quarter credits AND 2,000 hours of supervised experience providing mental health services; OR

      • 4,000 hours of supervised experience providing mental health services.

  • Leadership Experience:

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience leading service provision to individuals with mental illness.

    • Demonstrated professional experience supervising employees.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in a Behavioral Science field (Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or related field) from an accredited college or university.

Schedule & Hours

  • Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

  • Note: This is a 24/7 care facility, but standard daytime work hours are expected for this leadership position.
