Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and program development.

Provide leadership, supervision, coaching, and performance feedback to assigned staff.

Ensure staff practices align with agency policies, standards, and client needs.

Facilitate team meetings and support effective problem-solving, communication, and decision-making.
-
Ensure accurate, complete, and compliant client documentation and records.
-
Collaborate with internal teams and community, county, and social service partners to coordinate resources and services.
-
Support staff in client advocacy while building their skills, confidence, and independence.
-
Promote an inclusive, diverse, culturally responsive, and respectful workplace.

Model and uphold organizational values of empowerment, dignity, collaboration, innovation, and perseverance.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
-
Education & Clinical Experience:
-
Bachelor's degree in a behavioral science field (social work, psychology, human services, or a related field) from an accredited college or university AND 2,000 hours (1 year) of experience delivering services to individuals with mental illness; OR
-
Qualified as a Mental Health Practitioner in the State of Minnesota via one of the following:
-
At least 30 semester / 45 quarter credits AND 2,000 hours of supervised experience providing mental health services; OR
-
4,000 hours of supervised experience providing mental health services.

Leadership Experience:
-
Minimum of 2 years of experience leading service provision to individuals with mental illness.

Demonstrated professional experience supervising employees.

Preferred Qualifications
-
Master's Degree in a Behavioral Science field (Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or related field) from an accredited college or university.
Schedule & Hours
-
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Note: This is a 24/7 care facility, but standard daytime work hours are expected for this leadership position.
