We are seeking a dependable, detail-orientated full-time Dispatcher to join our team. This position plays an important role in supporting emergency response and ambulance operations by monitoring 911 calls, coordinating ambulance trips, and assisting with administrative and billing tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor incoming 911 calls and communicate information accurately/promptly.
- Dispatch ambulance trips.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of calls, trips, and related activities.
- Assist with billing and other office-related administrative duties.
- Communicate professionally with staff, agencies, clients, and the public.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Office experience REQUIRED.
- Billing experience preferred.
- Any medical background or emergency services experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills
- Must be able to remain calm, focused, and professional in a fast-paced environment.
