As an SAP Junior Technical Support Engineer, you’ll play a key role in configuring, maintaining, and enhancing HR systems—primarily within the SAP ECC platform. You’ll collaborate with HR, IT, and Finance teams to streamline workflows, improve data integrity, and support modernization efforts.
Key Responsibilities

Configure and optimize SAP ECC HR modules to reduce manual processes

Implement workflow-driven solutions and position-based access controls

Conduct system testing (unit, integration, UAT) and support production rollouts

Monitor data accuracy and develop reports using SAP tools, Excel, and Power BI

Maintain technical documentation and support HR users

Align system functionality with business needs and compliance standards

Support IT security and change management policies (NIST 800-53, FISMA, SC InfoSec)
✅ Required Skills

Hands-on experience with SAP ECC HR modules

Strong data validation and troubleshooting capabilities

Advanced reporting skills (SAP tools, Excel, Power BI)

Familiarity with HIPAA, FLSA, and regulatory frameworks

Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams)

Experience with role-based access control (RBAC)
