The Center for Health Care Policy and Resource Development in the NYS Department of Health’s Office of Primary Care and Health Systems Management’s is seeking to fill one (01) Computer Support Specialist position located at 6 Empire State Plaza, Corning Tower, Albany, New York 12237.
Summary:
The successful candidate will manage program materials including financial documents and maintain databases while providing administrative support. The ideal candidate is highly organized with strong communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
General duties:
• Develop, prepare, review, process, and track incoming program information including budget and outcome data.
• Review and approve incoming program level information from stakeholders to ensure compliance; provide technical assistance to stakeholders as needed.
• Provide training and support for internal staff, as well as stakeholders.
• Perform data entry into various databases and analyze for reporting out.
• Extract, analyze, and summarize program information from databases.
• Maintain and improve internal databases used for tracking program information.
• Maintain program inboxes and adhere to program guidelines when communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
