Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Previous experience in a school environment preferred
- Solid understanding of behavior intervention planning, assessment, and delivery
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with students, staff, and families
- Ability to manage and prioritize needs across multiple sites
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct behavior support and intervention services to students in grades 7-12
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and ongoing data collection
- Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote best practices
- Deliver staff training, modeling, and support around behavioral strategies
- Support transition planning and generalization of skills within the school context
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation while upholding confidentiality
