In this role, you’ll be a go-to problem solver—handling inspections, preventive maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects that keep our site clean, safe, functional, and professional every day.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their work, values teamwork, and takes ownership of their environment.Responsibilities of the Facility Maintenance Technician:

• Perform routine inspections of buildings, infrastructure, and grounds.
• Complete preventive maintenance and minor repairs to doors, windows, flooring, walls, ceilings, fixtures, and other non-production assets.
• Respond promptly to facility maintenance requests and work orders.
• Maintain exterior areas including grounds, parking lots, walkways, fencing, and common areas.
• Coordinate with outside contractors for specialized repairs and services.
• Assist with office moves, furniture assembly, space setups, and general building support.
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned facility areas.

Requirements of the Facilities Maintenance Technician:

• High school diploma or GED
• Clean background (unfortunately no felonies)
• Clean drug screening
• Operating a scrubber machine
• 2–4 years of experience in facilities maintenance, building maintenance, or custodial services field.
• Ability to read and follow work orders, maintenance instructions, and facility documentation.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically active work.
