Compensation:

$120,500 - $198,200 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and build lasting relationships.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of property showings, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
  • Collaborate with experienced agents to learn effective negotiation strategies and close deals successfully.
  • Utilize our proven systems to identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding your client base.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your knowledge of the real estate market and sales techniques.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care.

Qualifications:

  • Real Estate License.
  • Experience in customer service or sales, with a passion for helping people find their dream homes.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Proven track record of being a quick learner, eager to absorb new information and apply it effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or a willingness to learn and maintain accurate client records.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team, sharing insights and learning from experienced agents.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development through regular training sessions.
