QA Automation Engineer
Location: Milwaukee, WI - Onsite 5 days a week.
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Software Testing Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products through both manual and automated testing processes. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of testing methodologies to identify and resolve defects before product release.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications.
  • Perform both manual and automated testing using tools such as Selenium.
  • Document and track defects using TFS and SQL.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to understand features and provide feedback on software quality.
  • Participate in system and regression testing to ensure robust software performance.
  • Assist in the maintenance and enhancement of testing frameworks and processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with Selenium and automation testing techniques.
  • Strong manual testing skills and experience with test case design.
  • Familiarity with TFS for defect tracking and SQL for database testing.
  • Basic knowledge of Azure DevOps is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
