Job Summary
- Operates cash register to accept payment for merchandise or services.
- Take orders via phone and in person
- Prepare to-go orders for customers.
General Accountabilities
- Greets customers with Positive and Welcoming attitude
- Receives payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.
- Issues receipts, refunds, credits, or change to customers.
- Counts money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change
- Assist customers by providing information and resolving their complaints.
- Bag takeout items in preparation for customer.
- Maintains clean and orderly Areas/Bathroom
