Irrigation Technician

What You’ll Do
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair irrigation systems (sprinkler systems, valves, controllers, drip irrigation, etc.)
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical system issues and perform timely repairs
- Perform seasonal start‑ups, winterizations, and routine service checks
- Maintain accurate service logs, parts inventory, and customer communication
- Work efficiently both solo and in team environments
- Uphold safety standards at all job sites and manage tools and equipment responsibly
Qualifications
- 2+ years of irrigation technician experience preferred (residential and commercial)
- Familiarity with Sabre, Hunter, Rain Bird, or Toro systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Physical ability to work in varied weather conditions and perform manual tasks
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary range: $22 to $30 per hour (~$46,500 to $62,000 annually), based on experience and skill level
- Entry-level / mid-tier: $22–$25/hr (~$46K–$52K)
- Experienced / lead tech: $26–$30/hr (~$55K–$60K+)
