Job Description:

We seek a highly experienced Program Manager to lead the Business Intelligence (BI) Suite Operations & Maintenance for the Accounting branch of a large Federal Law Enforcement agency. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Business Intelligence, project management, and the ability to oversee multiple complex tasks and functional areas. This position requires an individual with proven leadership, strategic planning, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements:

  • U.S. Citizenship is required
  • Must possess an active TS clearance at the time of application, be willing and able to obtain SCI access, and pass a CI polygraph.
  • This position is onsite 5/days a week in Washington D.C.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Minimum of 10+ years of progressive, project-related experience.
  • Proven experience guiding and directing multiple tasks across several functional areas involving multiple system applications.
  • Expertise in managing and controlling funds and resources.
  • Proven experience understanding program requirements, reviewing, and evaluating work performed.
  • Documented experience providing technical management and direction for problem definitions, analysis, and requirements development for complex systems.
  • PMP Certification required.
  • Experience in Business Intelligence tools and environments.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.

Preferred Experience:

  • Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments in Business Intelligence.
  • Experience developing solutions to complex datasets and leading enterprise data architectures, strategies, and solution recommendations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide overall, on-site, day-to-day management of the contract's costs, personnel, planning, and quality control to ensure effective contract performance.
  • Serve as the primary interface with stakeholders and attend status meetings and ad-hoc meetings as required.
  • Ensure all contract work complies with terms and conditions.
  • Maintain documentation in accordance with Lifecycle Management (LCM) standards, reflecting the current state of the system.
  • Ensure BI system configurations and reference tables are maintained.
  • Develop, update, and brief stakeholders on the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP).
  • Prepare project schedules and updates as identified.
  • Develop and present reports, briefs, analytic products, visual dashboards, and other materials.
  • Deliver Monthly Progress Reports in compliance with the deliverables table.
  • Manage all aspects of activities under this contract including risk/issue identification and mitigation, deliverable development and quality control, action item tracking, and schedule management.
  • Collaborate with cloud and service providers to plan, execute, test, and deploy changes.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure documentation is clear, accurate, and compliant.
