Transform lives as an Early Childhood Speech-Language Pathologist supporting young learners in a vibrant school environment. This contract opportunity, beginning late August 2026 and ending in June 2027, is ideal for an SLP passionate about helping children ages 3-5 reach key developmental milestones. Working Monday through Friday for a full 37.5 hour week, you’ll partner with teachers and families to nurture communication skills during these critical early years.

Bring your expertise to a thoughtful ECSE (Early Childhood Special Education) caseload while collaborating with an engaged educational team. Your licensed skills and dedication will help students build confidence and success, both in school and beyond.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Minnesota SLP license (required prior to submittal)
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders
  • Previous experience with early childhood (ages 3-5) and ECSE caseloads preferred
  • Familiarity with school-based service delivery and IEP processes
  • Excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on each child’s needs
  • Work closely with classroom teachers, families, and other specialists
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with regulations
