We are currently seeking a caring and dedicated ND Certified Medication Aid I to join our team at Maple View Memory Care in Grand Forks, ND. As a ND Certified Medication Aid I, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to our residents with memory impairments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with medication administration following established procedures
- Observe residents for any medication side effects or adverse reactions
- Maintain accurate medication records and documentation
- Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and other team members
- Provide compassionate support and assistance to residents with daily living activities
Qualifications:
- Valid ND Medication Aide certification
- Prior experience working with individuals with memory impairments preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
