Location: Onsite in Tualatin, OR
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Type: Direct Hire
Pay: $75,000 - $100,000 DOE plus full benefits

About the Role
LHH Recruiment is seeking a proactive and experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a commercial real estate portfolio. This role requires a strong communicator with a hands-on approach to managing tenant relations, financial reporting, and vendor coordination. Our client is excited to find add headcount to their motivated, collaborative and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage variance reports, capital projects, and annual budgeting

Maintain regular communication with vendors and service providers

Collect rent and ensure timely payment processing

Address tenant concerns and coordinate resolutions

Monitor property performance and recommend improvements

Ensure compliance with lease agreements and property regulations

Prepare and analyze profit and loss statements and other financial reports

Maintain accurate records and documentation
Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial property management

Strong understanding of financial reporting and budgeting

Experience with Yardi or similar property management software

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
