Motion Tulsa is hiring Team Members for our Motion After School!
Are you an outgoing, energetic, positive person who loves making a difference in a child’s life? Then we want you to join our After School & Day Camp Team at Motion Tulsa! This is a fantastic job for college students or anyone who loves working with children. Motion Tulsa offers a movement-based childcare alternative after-school program for Tulsa kids. That means instead of boring babysitters and daycares, kids get to interact with YOU, making the most of their time away from home! What do kids do at Motion Tulsa? Movement games, Arts and Crafts, unique activities, and more in our one-of-a-kind facility.
We’re currently looking for super star Motion Tulsa Team Members to assist with our transported After School program, Motion After School from 1:45-6:00 pm M-F.
Applicant Requirements:
- 18 Years or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Clean driving record
- Naturally upbeat and positive
- Confident driving a vehicle with children
- Must enjoy playing games with groups of elementary-age children (PK-5)
- Outgoing, dependable, organized, and motivated
- Able to work well independently and within a team
- Excellent communication skills with co-workers and clients
- Ability to navigate both online and offline via computer
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Specific Duties:
- Transport children from their schools to our facility via minibus (You will be required to drive)
- Supervise activities like Legos, coloring, card games, and homework
- Lead gross motor skill games like dodgeball, tag, and more
Additional duties include Daily cleaning
Hours and Compensation:
- This is a part-time position. Hours are 1:45 pm to 6:00 pm, Monday-Friday
- Additional morning and afternoon shifts for Day Camps and Summer Camps available
- Compensation starts at $14/hr
Qualified candidates must:
- Be Responsible, friendly, and have a great rapport with children.
- Be Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a personal interest in Education, Physical Education, or Health.
- Be 18 years old and have a high school diploma, clean driving record, no criminal record, and have the ability to pass a drug test.
Requirements:
- Availability: Must be available Monday through Friday, from 1:45 PM to 6:00 PM.
- Driving skills: Must be comfortable driving on highways.
- Education: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Driver’s license: Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
