Unique opportunity for experienced Janitors/housekeepers

• If you have janitorial experience working in office buildings, this may be the position for you!

General Description:

• Janitor - Completes all cleaning, custodial and all janitorial services on-site for contracted clients of Russell Nesbitt Services, Inc.

Qualifications:

Must be physically able to lift, bend, stoop, and climb
Neat appearance to represent Russell Nesbitt Services positively at the contractors site
Valid Driver's license

Work Crew - Janitor Responsibilities

Ability to assist in keeping the contract site clean

If required by the client, wears provided uniform

Removes trash

Cleans all areas of the office building, including cubicle areas, chairs, desk, computers and accessories

Vacuums, sweeps and mops floors

Cleans all windows and any glass partitions

Cleans toilets and sinks. Also replenishes paper towels, sap and toilet paper

Turns off lights, AC and or heat as necessary

Performs cleaning and other janitorial duties, including grounds maintenance and minor repair work

Perform a final check and correct any identified deficiencies

Perform related duties as requested.

Employment Status: The Work Crew Janitor is and hourly, non-exempt position.
