Compensation:
$112,400 - $194,500 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with experienced agents to develop effective sales strategies and techniques.
- Participate in training sessions to gain a comprehensive understanding of the real estate market.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of property listings to attract potential buyers.
- Conduct property tours and open houses to showcase available listings to prospective clients.
- Utilize company-provided tools and resources to generate and manage leads effectively.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and address any inquiries or concerns they may have during the buying process.
Qualifications:
- Real Estate License.
- Experience in customer service or sales roles, showcasing your ability to connect with clients.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Proven track record of being a self-starter who is motivated to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training sessions to gain a deep understanding of the real estate market.
- Ability to collaborate with team members and experienced agents to develop successful sales strategies.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and resources to manage leads and streamline communication.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client interactions and property listings efficiently.
