Responsibilities
- Assist clients in the buying, selling, and renting of properties
- Conduct market analysis to help clients make informed decisions
- Develop and maintain a strong client base through networking and referrals
- Prepare and present property listings, including marketing strategies and financial analysis
- Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service and answer client inquiries in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date with local market trends and real estate laws to provide accurate advice
Requirements
- Valid real estate license in the state of operation
- Proven experience as a real estate agent or similar role
- Strong understanding of market trends and property valuation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in real estate software and MS Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
