Clearance: Active TS/SCI required
Compensation Range: $70–$80/hour

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Network Administrator / Sustainment Engineer to support ongoing operations in a highly secure, mission-critical environment. This role is sustainment-focused, responsible for maintaining and supporting existing network infrastructure rather than new design or build activities.

This is a 100% onsite position requiring hands-on operational support in a classified setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support existing enterprise network infrastructure

• Perform day-to-day network administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting

• Provide sustainment support for production systems in a classified environment

• Support network environments built on Dell and Cisco technologies

• Ensure high availability, performance, and compliance with security requirements

• Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to resolve incidents and perform routine maintenance

• Support mission-critical operations in accordance with program and security standards

Required Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance (required at time of submission)

• Proven experience as a Network Administrator or Sustainment Engineer

• Hands-on experience supporting Dell and Cisco-based network environments

• Experience maintaining production infrastructure in classified environments

• Ability to work onsite full time in Aurora, CO

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting government or defense-related programs

• Strong troubleshooting skills in high-availability environments

• Familiarity with sustainment, operations, and lifecycle support models
