We are hiring a Manager, Data & Analytics Engineering to build and scale the data infrastructure that powers analytics and decision-making across a multi-location home services platform.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role responsible for integrating data across systems, building scalable data pipelines, and ensuring data is accurate, accessible, and structured for business use. You will partner closely with leadership to enable consistent reporting and drive revenue insights across operating companies.
Requirements:
Data Architecture & Engineering
- Design and maintain scalable data architecture across multiple business units
- Build and manage ETL/ELT pipelines across CRM, marketing, finance, and operations systems
- Develop and maintain centralized data warehouse solutions (Snowflake, Redshift, etc.)
- Structure datasets to support reporting, analytics, and business intelligence
Data Integration & Systems
- Integrate data across systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, marketing platforms, field systems)
- Develop unified data models to support cross-company reporting
- Automate data ingestion, transformation, and workflows
- Ensure reliable, consistent data flow across systems
Data Quality & Governance
- Establish and maintain data definitions and KPI logic
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness
- Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies
- Standardize reporting metrics across operating companies
Analytics Enablement
- Build and maintain data models to support BI tools (Sigma, Tableau, Power BI)
- Enable self-service analytics by improving data accessibility
- Partner with analytics and business leaders to support reporting needs
Automation & Scalability
- Automate data workflows using SQL and modern data tools
- Reduce manual reporting and data reconciliation
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability

Qualifications
- 5–8+ years in data engineering, analytics engineering, or related roles
- Experience building data pipelines and integrating multiple data sources
- Experience in multi-location or multi-entity environments preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Technical Skills
- Advanced SQL (required)
- Data modeling and data architecture
- ETL/ELT tools (Fivetran, Stitch, or similar)
- Data warehousing (Snowflake, Redshift, or similar)
- dbt (Data Build Tool)
- Cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
- BI tools (Sigma, Tableau, Power BI)
- Python (preferred)
- Version control (GitHub or similar)
Systems Experience
- Salesforce
- NetSuite
- Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads
