Maintenance Technician

Kyungshin America Corp., an automotive distributor located near Savannah, GA, is seeking a Maintenance Technician. This position will be responsible for the regular maintenance and upkeep of the facility and equipment. An ideal candidate will be a true team player and workplace champion!

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols.
• Oversee the repair and maintenance of machinery, equipment, and facility.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance services.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Develop and maintain a preventative maintenance schedule.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of all building systems (electrical, heating, etc.).
• Knowledge of health and safety practices and regulations.
• An eye for detail.
• Proficient with MS Office and ERP systems.
• Proven success in communicating effectively both in verbal and written form.
• Strong emotional intelligence to enable cross functional collaboration.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Education and Experience

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in industrial maintenance or facilities management required.
• High school diploma combined with relevant experience required.
• Degree from vocational school and/or professional certifications preferred.
