• $95,000 – $110,000 + Bonus
• 1st Shift or 2nd Shift Available

Key Highlights:

A food manufacturing company in Mount Royal, NJ is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations within a fast-paced production facility. This position will focus on equipment reliability, preventative maintenance execution, team development, and supporting production through effective maintenance leadership.

The successful candidate will oversee maintenance technicians, prioritize work orders, coordinate planned maintenance activities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing downtime and improving equipment performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop maintenance technicians
• Coordinate daily maintenance activities and work priorities
• Troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automated equipment
• Drive preventative maintenance compliance and execution
• Monitor maintenance KPIs and equipment reliability metrics
• Partner with leadership to minimize downtime and improve plant performance
• Support root cause analysis and corrective action efforts
• Assist with PLC and controls troubleshooting when required
• Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and documentation
• Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Previous maintenance leadership experience within manufacturing
• Strong electrical troubleshooting abilities
• Experience supporting preventative and reactive maintenance programs
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
• Experience managing maintenance priorities in a production environment
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing facility

Preferred Experience

• Food manufacturing experience
• USDA regulated manufacturing experience
• SQF or food safety systems experience
• PLC troubleshooting experience
• Automation and robotics exposure
• Electrical certifications or technical training
• Experience supporting highly automated production equipment
