Broker’s Assistant – Commercial Real Estate

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Broker’s Assistant to support our commercial real estate team in Dallas, Texas. This role is ideal for someone with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience who is eager to grow within the commercial real estate industry. The Broker’s Assistant will play a vital role in supporting brokers with day-to-day operations, client communication, marketing initiatives, and transaction coordination.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and operational support to one or more commercial real estate brokers

Prepare and manage listing agreements, lease and sale proposals, and other transaction-related documents

Maintain and update CRM databases and contact lists

Assist with market research, property comps, and data gathering for client presentations and pitches

Coordinate marketing efforts including flyers, offering memorandums, email campaigns, and social media posts

Schedule property tours, client meetings, and internal team coordination

Monitor deal timelines and ensure key deadlines and deliverables are met

Liaise with internal departments and external vendors (photographers, signage companies, etc.)

Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
Qualifications:

1–3 years of experience in commercial real estate, real estate administration, or a related field

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

Experience with CRM platforms (such as Apto, Salesforce, or similar)

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Team-oriented, proactive, and resourceful

Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary range: $80,000 – $90,000, depending on experience
