About the Opportunity

• Immediate opening for an Antitrust associate with 3-5 years' experience to join a antitrust team with a focus on government enforcement/merger/counseling matters.
• A successful applicant will enjoy regular client exposure, project management responsibilities, and diverse work across a variety of interesting industries and clients on a collaborative team.
• Experience with antitrust law (counseling, investigations, and/or litigation) is required.
• Previous work on Hart-Scott-Rodino Act filings is strongly desired, and prior government agency experience is a plus.
• Candidates must have excellent academic credentials as well as strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
