Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in selecting a vehicle that fits their needs and budget

Conduct product demonstrations and test drives

Explain financing options, warranties, and additional products

Negotiate pricing and terms in a professional manner

Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with existing customers

Stay informed on new inventory, vehicle features, and promotions

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Maintain a clean and professional showroom and work area
Qualifications:

Prior experience in sales (automotive sales preferred but not required)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

High level of professionalism and integrity

Ability to work weekends and some evenings

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Basic computer and CRM system proficiency
