Job Duties :
· Organize new file folders and trial binders
· Track daily activity through email alerts
· Update case files and trial lists
· Calendar important filing deadlines
· Prepare motions, pleadings, and other legal docs
· Draft motions for summary judgment
· Draft discovery and pre trial requests
· Summarize depositions, prepare interrogatories, doc review in Relativity
· Log and enter billable time
· Handle electronic filings in various counties and states
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required :
· 4+ years of experience in complex litigation support
· Paralegal Certificate preferred
· Experience with State and Federal courts, including CM/ECF filing
· Strong attention to detail
· Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines
· Excellent communication skills
· Organized, forward-thinking, and a team player

Pay Details: $28.00 to $35.00 per hour
