Job DescriptionExciting Opportunity for a Mid-Level Associate in Technology Transactions
Aligned Talent Acquisition’s client, an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a mid-level associate to join their dynamic Technology Transactions Group. This role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge intellectual property and commercial transactions for innovative technology companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Structure, draft, and negotiate a variety of intellectual property and commercial agreements, including licensing, service, development, distribution, and partnership agreements.
- Advise on the intellectual property aspects of mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, financings, and other multidisciplinary transactions.
This position is ideal for self-motivated, entrepreneurial individuals passionate about working with technology companies across all stages of growth and contributing to a nationally recognized practice group.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate (JD), licensed and in good standing with the state bar.
- Relevant law firm experience in intellectual property and commercial transactions. (AmLaw experience preferred, not required).
- A strong interest in intellectual property and technology-focused work.
- Exceptional academic credentials and outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
A technical or science background is a plus but not required.
