Scrum Master

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily standups
- Lead sprint planning meetings
- Participate in sprint reviews and capture feedback
- Note areas of improvement
- Identify action items for future sprints
- Manage scrum board and ensure cards are up to date
- Manage Microsoft Project and JIRA
- Meet with team/individuals as required
- Consult with team members
- Manage reporting and analysis
- Eliminate external blockers and manage internal roadblocks
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
- Active Certified Scrum Master (CSM) credential or equivalent Agile certification
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting or managing projects within intelligence data system environments or comparable federal intelligence systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Project and JIRA for planning, tracking, and reporting project activities
- Familiarity with cloud-based collaboration and documentation tools commonly used in Agile environments
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum principles, with the ability to guide, coach, and align multidisciplinary teams
- Proven ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster continuous improvement across technical and stakeholder groups
