About the Opportunity:
Join our client as a NOTAR Pilot Instructor and embark on an exciting journey in California. This full-time role involves teaching a private aircraft owner to master the NOTAR helicopter. Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on flight training, emphasizing the safe and efficient operation of the NOTAR helicopter.
- Conduct 3-4 training flights per week, ensuring the owner achieves a minimum of 125-150 flying hours each month.
- Craft personalized training plans aligned with the owner’s learning pace and aviation aspirations.
- Monitor and provide constructive feedback to facilitate skill development and pilot confidence.
- Adhere to and enforce all aviation safety regulations and best practices.
- Conduct professional pre-flight and post-flight briefings.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Commercial Pilot Certificate with a Rotorcraft-Helicopter rating.
- Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) with a Rotorcraft-Helicopter category.
- Proven experience flying NOTAR Aircraft.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective instruction.
- In-depth knowledge of FAA regulations and helicopter safety protocols.
- Ability to commit to the designated flying schedule and training objectives.
