Job Summary

Paige Homecare is seeking compassionate and dependable Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) to provide high-quality, in-home support to clients. This role is essential in helping individuals maintain independence, dignity, and comfort in their daily lives.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Provide mobility assistance and safe transfers
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying up)
• Monitor and report changes in client condition
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Follow care plans and document services provided

✅ Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred (but not required)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with elderly or disabled clients
• Knowledge of basic safety and infection control practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
