Experienced Carpet Installer Wanted
In-House Installer or Subcontractor — We're Open to Both!

We’re looking for an experienced Carpet Installer to join our team. We are open to bringing on the right person as either an in-house installer or a subcontractor.
This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up reliably, and enjoys doing high-quality residential and commercial installations.
Our work is primarily medium- to high-end residential and Main Street commercial projects, with occasional full-scale commercial work. We’re based out of Plymouth, NH, and Bethlehem, NH with most jobs located within a 50-mile radius.

What We're Looking For
Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of professional carpet installation experience and be comfortable working independently on quality-focused projects.
Experience should include, but not be limited to:
- Tack strip installation
- Removal of old floor covering
- Roll goods installation
- T-seams and butt seams
- Patterned carpet installation
- Glue-down carpet
- Carpet tile
- Stairs — full wrap, runners, and wedge
- Carpet binding
- Pad installation
- Ability to install other types of flooring is a plus
