Systems Implementation Specialist
Temp to Hire position and will be remote
Experience in the educational field is required.
Will include travel to various sites for training and implementations
**Candidates must reside within 20 miles of Anaheim, California or Henderson, Nevada** -- Will not consider candidates not local to these locations.
Our client is seeking a Systems Implementation Specialist to support and assist with the successful rollout of student information systems (MIS) across K-12 schools. This position requires strong project coordination skills, educational technology experience, and the ability to work closely with school staff and regional leadership.
Key Duties for the Systems Implementation Specialist:
- Project management support
- Will assist with rolling out MIS platforms across multiple school sites
- Responsible for helping track project timelines, deliverable and milestones
- Will coordinate between internal teams and school-based stakeholders
- Support the collaboration with the school administration and IT teams
- Ensure that all parties are informed of any project updates and key changes
- Responsible for training to school staff, teachers and administrators
- Assist with the development of user guides and training resources
- Responsible for troubleshooting and post-implementation support
- Monitor the usage and system performance
Key Requirements for the Systems Implementation Specialist:
- AA Degree in IT, Computer Science, Education Technology or related fields
- Must have experience working in the education field K-12 or higher education
- 2 plus years of education technical support
- Strong project management/coordination experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
