- Pay Rate: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour DOE
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:45 AM – 2:15 PM
- Seasonal Schedule: Start time may shift to 4:45 AM with a 9-hour shift during peak season
Position SummaryThis role supports one of our key customers and functions as a team lead, not a traditional packing position. The Hardware & Trim Coordination Lead is responsible for coordinating the intake, organization, and preparation of hardware and trim components for shipment while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and quality throughout the process.Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the intake of hardware and trim materials for a specific customer
- Sort and separate parts accurately into correct customer orders
- Package hardware and trim according to order and shipping requirements
- Prepare and stage pallets for outgoing shipments
- Safely operate a forklift
- Use computer systems to track inventory, orders, and shipments
- Ensure accuracy, organization, and quality throughout the workflow
- Provide guidance and leadership to team members involved in the process
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to maintain smooth operations
Qualifications
- Forklift experience required
- Competent with computers and basic software systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, or materials coordination
- Leadership or team lead experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
