• Job Type: Full Time
• Job Location: Bristol, IN
• Pay Rate: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour DOE
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:45 AM – 2:15 PM
• Seasonal Schedule: Start time may shift to 4:45 AM with a 9-hour shift during peak season

Position SummaryThis role supports one of our key customers and functions as a team lead, not a traditional packing position. The Hardware & Trim Coordination Lead is responsible for coordinating the intake, organization, and preparation of hardware and trim components for shipment while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and quality throughout the process.Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the intake of hardware and trim materials for a specific customer
• Sort and separate parts accurately into correct customer orders
• Package hardware and trim according to order and shipping requirements
• Prepare and stage pallets for outgoing shipments
• Safely operate a forklift
• Use computer systems to track inventory, orders, and shipments
• Ensure accuracy, organization, and quality throughout the workflow
• Provide guidance and leadership to team members involved in the process
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to maintain smooth operations

Qualifications

• Forklift experience required
• Competent with computers and basic software systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, or materials coordination
• Leadership or team lead experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
