Location: Positions available at Goodfellow AFB, Joint Base San Antonio (Fort Lackland, Randolph), Laughlin AFB, and Sheppard AFB
Salary: Dependent on issued Wage Determination

Essential Duties:
- Lead installation, configuration, grounding, patching, and cutover of network devices in NIPR and SIPR environments
- Perform advanced troubleshooting of switching, routing, VLANs, and fiber transport issues
- Validate compliance with configuration baselines and security requirements
- Support NIP/ITF lab builds and hardware validation
- Coordinate Tier 2 field support activities and provide escalation to engineering
- Ensure proper cable management, bonding, and labeling standards are enforced
- Execute firmware updates and vulnerability remediation
- Assist the NOC when on-site hands-on activities are required
Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field OR Cisco CCNA/CCNP certification
- 5-8 years of enterprise network support experience
- Demonstrated experience supporting secure DoD networks
- DoD 8140 compliant certification required
- Experience with fiber testing equipment and structured cabling standards
- Experience working with US Air Force structure (Preferred)
