Compensation:
$42,000
Responsibilities:
- Pick up and deliver legal documents, court filings, and packages between firm offices, courts, and clients
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
- Obtain necessary signatures and receipts upon delivery
- Assist with office errands and special deliveries as needed
- Maintain delivery logs and vehicle cleanliness
- Communicate clearly with legal staff about delivery timelines and status updates
Qualifications:
- Reside in or around the Twin Cities
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Reliable vehicle
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor—you're often the face of our firm
- Experience with GPS and basic route planning
- Prior courier or delivery experience preferred (law firm or legal setting is a plus)
- Must speak Spanish as well as English
- Retired law enforcement and/or military candidates favored
