Job Title: Quality Technician
Job Description:
Join our dynamic team as a Quality Technician, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality for our innovative medical device products. Working in a pristine cleanroom and lab environment, you will be at the forefront of quality inspection, utilizing advanced equipment and techniques. Your primary responsibilities will include performing lubricity tests, onboarding new quality control equipment, and conducting lot release testing. Visual inspections will be carried out primarily using a microscope, ensuring precision and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough quality inspections of catheters and medical device products.
- Operate specialized machinery to perform lubricity tests on catheters and tubing.
- Integrate new quality control equipment into the quality area.
- Execute lot release testing to ensure product compliance.
- Perform detailed visual inspections using a microscope.
Essential Skills:
- Proficiency in quality inspection and quality control processes.
- Experience with microscope inspections and quality assurance.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a cleanroom environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Production and assembly experience.
- Ability to follow work instructions and use hand tools.
- Expertise in packaging and medical assembly.
- Skilled in visual inspection and micrometer usage.
- High attention to detail and precision.

Work Environment:
You will be working in a brand new, state-of-the-art class 7 cleanroom. The environment is very well lit, air-conditioned, and relaxed. The first shift runs from 7am to 3pm, Monday through Friday, with flexible start times available from 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
