We are seeking an IT Helpdesk Technician - Level 2 to join our team! You will be primarily assigned to a customer site in Austin, TX. You will resolve computer-related issues for our clients through telephone, remote support, or on-site assistance.
Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled and preventative maintenance for our clients including patch management, AV scans and OS maintenance
- Provide technical assistance for networking, security, computer hardware and software
- Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or using remote support tools
- Recommend hardware and software improvements
- Track customer issues and resolutions using a web-based helpdesk application
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields. Experience is an MSP environment strongly preferred.
- Experience managing Office 365/ Microsoft 365 cloud services is preferred
- Ability to clearly communicate with clients, supervisors and team members
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
