We are a gastroenterology platform running ambulatory surgery centers and clinics across the Mid-Atlantic.
\n
What you will fill
\n
• Clinical nursing – pre-op and PACU RNs, endoscopy nurses, circulators, infusion nurses
\n
• Techs and support – endo techs, sterile processing, medical assistants
\n
• Front office – front desk, patient access, scheduling, call center
\n
• Corporate – revenue cycle, billing, finance, operations, people operations
\n
What you will do
\n
• Own sourcing and first-round screening for open non-physician roles across all markets
\n
• Run direct outreach. Job boards alone will not fill endoscopy nurse roles.
\n
• Build standing pipelines ahead of center openings so we are not starting from zero 60 days out
\n
• Coordinate interview scheduling with site leadership and keep candidates moving
\n
• Report weekly on candidates sourced, screens completed, offers out, and time to fill by role type
\n
• Tell us quickly when a channel stops working or a role is mispriced against the local market
\n

What we are looking for
\n
• 2+ years recruiting – with real reps in high-volume hourly hiring
\n
• Healthcare experience strongly preferred. – Nursing or ASC recruiting is the most relevant thing you can bring.
\n
• Multi-state comfort. – Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Virginia now, Texas next.
\n
• Bilingual candidate networks are a plus. – We serve Spanish and Mandarin speaking patients.
\n
• Self-directed. – Small team, remote, no one assigning daily tasks.
