Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Data Analyst with 1–2 years of professional experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will analyze sales data, generate insights, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with large datasets, has a strong analytical mindset, and understands key sales metrics and business operations.
Note: This position is only for residents that are located in Michigan near Bingham Farms.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze sales data from various sources (CRM, ERP, spreadsheets, etc.)
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics (e.g., revenue trends, conversion rates, pipeline health)
- Consult with business partners to identify primary and secondary business analyses and KPIs required to support business decisions
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards for sales and leadership teams
- Identify patterns, trends, and insights to improve sales forecasting and performance
- Collaborate with sales teams to align data needs and reporting
- Assist in the development and automation of data collection processes and reporting tools
- Support business reviews with data-driven insights and presentations
Education and Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role (preferably in a sales or marketing environment)
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with SQL and data querying languages
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with cross-functional teams and clients
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000
