 The Jeremiah's Italian Ice of Windermere is in need of a COOL, BOLD and STRATEGIC General Store Manager to serve our tasty frozen treats to our fantastic guests! General Store Manager Details 
<ul>
<li>Manage all operational aspects of the store including P and L, labor, budget, cleaning, ordering, inventory, product quality</li>
<li>Manage a staff of 15-25 employees</li>
<li>Build the brand in the community using local store marketing techniques</li>
<li>Increase sales</li>
<li>Provide all guests with five star service</li>
</ul>
Pay &amp; Benefits 
<ul>
<li>Range starting at $44,000 and up based on experience</li>
<li>Bonus eligibility</li>
<li>Up to 15 days of PAID TIME OFF</li>
<li>Closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day</li>

The Physical 
<ul>
<li>Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds</li>
<li>Must be able to walk around small spaces, bend, stoop, kneel and lift overhead</li>
<li>Must be able to work on your feet for 8 - 10 hour shifts</li>
<li>Must be able to work a schedule in excess of 45 hours per week including days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays</li>
