Salary Range: $92,000 - $139,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain critical IT infrastructure and operational technology (OT) systems (e.g., MES, SCADA, PLCs) to ensure continuous manufacturing operations.
• Ensure the cybersecurity of IT and OT systems, protecting proprietary data, intellectual property, and production processes.
• Provide timely and effective technical support to all factory personnel, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Develop and implement IT strategies and projects that align with manufacturing goals, focusing on efficiency, automation, and data integrity.
• Oversee IT asset management, including hardware, software licenses, and network equipment, ensuring optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage IT vendor relationships and service level agreements to ensure reliable external support and technology solutions for manufacturing.
• Ensure IT systems comply with industry regulations, quality standards, and data privacy policies relevant to manufacturing operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong technical expertise in IT infrastructure, network, security, and enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, MES).
• Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing processes, operational technology (OT), and Industry 4.0 concepts.
• Proven experience managing IT projects within a manufacturing environment, from planning to implementation.
• Solid knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for both IT and industrial control systems (ICS/OT).
• Ability to lead an IT team, manage budgets, and foster strong vendor relationships.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to align IT initiatives directly with manufacturing business goals.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Operational Technology (OT) environments and Industrial Control Systems (ICS).
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts, IoT, or smart manufacturing technologies.
• Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with manufacturing-specific ERP modules (e.g., production planning, inventory management).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for industrial control systems.
