Store Manager DAX International

Your mission:
Oversee the full operation of the store, lead the sales team, and ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional, personalized experience aligned with our commitment to design, guidance, and service excellence.
Key responsibilities:
Store and sales operations
- Manage daily operations: order, inventory, visual presentation, and compliance with policies.
- Monitor performance indicators (sales, margins, expenses) and execute action plans to meet and exceed goals.
- Implement commercial strategies in line with market trends and the brand’s vision.
Team leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team through continuous support, motivation, and training.
- Promote a collaborative work environment focused on customer service and sales results.
Customer experience and design advisory
- Ensure a memorable and personalized customer experience, with expert advice in product selection, style, and design solutions.
- Ensure the team acts as trusted advisors to every customer.
Visual merchandising and showroom presentation
- Maintain an impeccable, inspiring store presentation aligned with current design trends.
- Ensure the store represents a space of creativity, elegance, and inspiration.
Cross-functional collaboration
- Work closely with logistics, operations, and administrative teams to ensure smooth, customer-focused processes.
- Participate in corporate meetings and contribute strategic ideas.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as Store Manager or similar role (minimum 2 years).
- Background in sales related to remodeling, interior design, or home décor.
- Strong leadership skills, goal-oriented mindset, and data-based decision-making.
- Proficiency in SAP Business One (SAT Business 1) – required.
- Experience in visual product presentation (a plus).
- Bilingual: Spanish and English.
- Proactive, organized, design-driven, and excellent communication skills.
