\n 2ND SHIFT GENERAL LABOR / MACHINE OPERATOR \n

\n\n\n Pay Rate \n
\n $17.00 per hour\n\n\n
\n\n\n Schedule and Hours \n
\n Monday through Friday, 1 30 pm to 10 30 pm.\n\n\n
\n\n\n 2ND Shift General Labor/ Machine Operators Duties and Responsibilities\n\n

    \n
  • Must be willing and able to learn and operate automated and semi-automated manufacturing equipment, including equipment such as baggers, bottlers, blenders, labelers, boxers, tapers, conveyors, and related packaging equipment.
  • \n

  • Must be able to perform production activities such as filling bottles, bags, boxes, and bulk containers efficiently while maintaining food safety and product quality requirements.
  • \n

  • Must be able to follow required metal detector / CCP procedures when assigned to equipment or processes involving those controls.
  • \n

  • Must be able to pull and handle raw ingredients and finished blends using the correct item numbers, material codes, lot numbers, and FIFO practices.
  • \n

  • Must be able to palletize finished products, prepare products for shipment, and assist with loading or unloading materials when assigned.
  • \n

  • Must immediately report any actual or suspected food safety, product quality, contamination, equipment, or workplace safety concern to management or FSQA.
  • \n

  • Must demonstrate dependable attendance, punctuality, and the ability to remain at the assigned work area for the scheduled shift except for approved breaks.

\n\n 2ND Shift General Labor/ Machine Operators Qualifications and Requirements\n\n

    \n
  • Must be able to regularly lift, carry, and handle 55-75 pounds throughout the workday.
  • \n

  • Must be able to stand and walk on concrete manufacturing floors for approximately 8 hours per workday, with additional hours possible when overtime is required.
  • \n

  • Must be able to frequently bend, stoop, reach, twist, squat, push, pull, and perform repetitive hand and arm movements throughout the shift.
  • \n

  • Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week and be available for overtime, extended shifts, or additional days when required by production demands.
  • \n

  • Must be able to work in a manufacturing and warehouse environment that may include spice dust, manufacturing noise, forklift traffic, moving equipment, repetitive activity, and varying temperatures.
  • \n

  • Must be able and willing to wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and comply with company hygiene and food-manufacturing requirements.
