Orange Ave Hospitality Llc in Tamarac, FL is looking for one front desk supervisor to join our 35 person strong team. We are located on 5070 Fl 7. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and hard-working.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise front desk staff and ensure all daily tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Provide exceptional guest service and resolve guest issues promptly and professionally
- Assist with check-in/check-out processes and respond to guest inquiries
- Train, mentor, and support front desk associates
- Monitor reservations, room assignments, and occupancy levels
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and hotel policies
- Assist with scheduling, timecards, and shift coverage
- Handle credit card transactions, and daily shift reports
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Previous hotel front desk or hospitality experience required
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with hotel PMS systems (preferably Opera, Synxis or similar)
- Reliable, professional, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
