Key Responsibilities:

- Write, update, and maintain detailed IEPs
- Assess student progress, adjusting instructional methods as needed
- Partner with parents, therapists, and staff for cohesive student support
- Implement behavioral management and social skills strategies
- Ensure compliance with special education laws and documentation requirements
