Title: IT System Analyst

Client: Federal Agency

Location: Hybrid – Falls Church, VA – requires 3 days in the office

Clearance: Public Trust

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance; the applicant must be a U.S. Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedule: 8 am – 5 pm

Work Day: Monday – Friday

Possible Travel

Aalis Management Consulting is seeking an IT Systems Analyst to support federal IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide troubleshooting, user support, and documentation
• Support system monitoring and issue resolution
• Maintain technical records and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Experience supporting federal IT environments
• Strong troubleshooting skills

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow / Remedy / Jira ticketing systems
• Healthcare IT exposure
