As our POS Field Service Technician, you'll keep grocery stores, convenience stores, and restaurants running smoothly across the Twin Cities. Plus, after just 6 months, you'll be eligible for our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) – your hard work directly translates to shared profits and wealth building.
What You'll Do
Technical Excellence:
- Learn POS systems through our comprehensive training program
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues remotely and on-site
- Install and deploy cutting-edge retail systems
- Travel throughout Twin Cities metro area (company vehicle provided)
Client Impact:
- Be the expert who gets businesses back up and running when systems go down
- Lead installation projects from delivery through documentation
- Maintain critical inventory systems
What We're Looking For
Must Have:
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Basic computer hardware/software troubleshooting experience
- Self-motivated problem-solver
- Willingness to learn through our POS training program
Nice to Have:
- Two-year technical degree
- Network connectivity knowledge
