Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead Bike Train-the-Trainer and Road Train-the-Trainer.
- Lead New Bike Training.
- Deliver Future Newbees Training.
- Manage the training day:
- Preparing materials, e.g. printing attendance, helmet labels, and other duties as assigned.
- Coordinating equipment and driving a rental or company van.
- Oversee the agenda and structure to run on time.
- Provide support and feedback to Trainers and attendees.
- Deliver Camp Leader Training with the Regional Operations Team.
- Know and understand all the training materials.
Skills and Competencies
- Confident leadership and decision making.
- Training, coaching and feedback experience.
- Ability to speak to and engage large groups of up to 70 people.
- Adaptable to challenges with problem-solving skills.
- Valid driving license and legally able to drive a rental van in your region.
- Experience managing a Pedalheads camp or delivering Pedalheads training is an asset.
